Comply365 to Deliver Mobile Documents, Forms to Brightline High-Speed Rail Crews

Comply365’s Mobile App to Provide Easy Access to Critical Operational Contents

Beloit, WI – AUG. 22, 2023 – Comply365 is pleased to announce that Brightline train conductors, engineers, and other workers will turn to the Comply365 mobile app to easily access their operating rules, bulletins, special instructions, and other important documents they need to operate safely. Train crews will also use Comply365’s electronic forms to capture data from the field to send back to station managers and other departments.

Brightline, the only privately-owned and operated high-speed, intercity railroad in the United States, currently connects the Florida cities of Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, and will open its Orlando station at Orlando International Airport this year. It has plans to grow on the west coast by connecting Las Vegas and Los Angeles with high-speed rail.

Using Comply365, Brightline conductors and engineers will be able to quickly find the information they need by searching and filtering to relevant content, while adding personal annotations, bookmarks, and highlights to their documents, which will be retained across revisions.

The railroad will be able to ensure crews have the most up-to-date content with automatic revision control, and it will be able to break down compliance status in different views for insights to improve compliance.

Comply365’s rail division includes several Class I, II, and III freight customers, as well as passenger and commuter rail operators. Digital transformation has improved rail safety by simplifying the authoring, distributing and compliance of all content associated with operating practices. In addition to targeted content distribution, data captured in the field from electronic forms is contributing to greater efficiencies. Digital transformation has also introduced the automation of training programs to ensure new levels of safety.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome an innovative leader like Brightline into our Comply365 community,” Comply365 CEO Tom Samuel said. “As the travel industry evolves to meet today’s consumer demands, Brightline is bringing exciting new, greener options to passengers, and we’re proud to partner with them to ensure safe, efficient operations.”
