Comply365’s security management program maintains rigorous international standards
Beloit, WI, USA – JUNE 28, 2023 – Comply365, the industry leader in mobile solutions for document authoring, distribution and compliance management, today announced it earned its ISO 27001:2013 recertification for successfully maintaining its Information Security Management System (ISMS) it first earned in 2020.
ISO 27001:2013 is an information security standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
“This recertification testifies our commitment to providing solutions that comply with the highest international security standards,” Comply365 CEO Tom Samuel said. “Our customers can rest assured we are a secure partner dedicated to protecting their data.”
Comply365’s recertification was issued by A-lign, an independent and accredited certification body based in the United States, on successful completion of a formal audit process. This recertification is evidence that Comply365 has met rigorous international standards in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Comply365’s software solutions based in the public cloud within Azure.
Even before Comply365 earned its initial certification three years ago, it had operated its production environments under the ISO controls framework for several years. Since then, the company has maintained their certified security program, complying with the standard, and passing annual surveillance audits with no lapse in coverage during the initial three-year cycle. It has now been certified for another three years.
