Beloit, WI – AUG. 22, 2023 – Comply365 is pleased to announce that Brightline train conductors, engineers, and other workers will turn to the Comply365 mobile app to easily access their operating rules, bulletins, special instructions, and other important documents they need to operate safely. Train crews will also use Comply365’s electronic forms to capture data from the field to send back to station managers and other departments.
Brightline, the only privately-owned and operated high-speed, intercity railroad in the United States, currently connects the Florida cities of Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, and will open its Orlando station at Orlando International Airport this year. It has plans to grow on the west coast by connecting Las Vegas and Los Angeles with high-speed rail.
Using Comply365, Brightline conductors and engineers will be able to quickly find the information they need by searching and filtering to relevant content, while adding personal annotations, bookmarks, and highlights to their documents, which will be retained across revisions.
The railroad will be able to ensure crews have the most up-to-date content with automatic revision control, and it will be able to break down compliance status in different views for insights to improve compliance.
